Month of LOVE

One month after my last post about superhero Ty,

Another superhero joined our ranks

Cute little dimples in both cheeks when he smiles
Labor WAS NOT a piece of cake...exhausting to say the least

but SOOOO Very worth it!
Very grateful for our wonderful nurse, Krista...it's a small world, she lives the next neighborhood over
Kimball pulled a "Carter move" and grabbed his blanket as we tried to take it from him
Carter did the same thing when he was born, but with his umbilical cord as the doctor cut it

And Aunt Sara....I feel so blessed to have had such a great support team. Ty and Sara were so great. And this is the second time Sara was able to be at one of our kids' births. Thanks Sara! We sure love ya!

We found out during labor that the ban on young visitors @the hospital was over and our kids would be able to come see us...we were so excited! So were the kids

The day after Kimball was born, the 3 of us were able to relax and bond
It was almost like a date for me and Ty...we even watched a movie
We're so glad to have our little guy here...he is such an angel...so patient with his very loud brother and sister

We adore his long legs, skinny ankles, and huge feet

All of our family pics are courtesy of the self-timer...and being 2 days post-partum-I wasn't too fast getting back to my place...oh well

This one's tradition...Carter's first walk outside at Wymount was taken the same way...we've just added a few more people since then

L.O.V.E.

it's just the jaundice...Carter is so sweet to sit and talk with him while he's sitting in the sun

He hates his bassinet, but loves his crib

and tolerates his swing

Amid all our excitment, we celebrated Valentines Day

a yummy breakfast, cards and gifts

and treats

Carter was watching Kimball while I was cleaning the kitchen. I went to check on them and found him singing away to Kimball. Kimball was alert and just staring at Carter. So sweet. I think these brothers are going to be great friends.
